Office Hours are Monday-Friday
8-12 and 1-5

We do not answer phones during lunch and are not open during lunch.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient of PALS Developmental Center. We only accept new patients from your child's Primary Care Provider (PCP).  Once we recieve a consultation request from them, we will contact you to set up an appointment usually we make these calls on Fridays. This process takes approximately 1-3 weeks depending on your PCP and the amount of referrals we receive.
Once we have contacted you and scheduled your child's appointment, you will need to fill out our new patient packet.  We cannot see you in the office without the new patient packet completed entirely.  See the links below.  

It is very important to contact us immediately if you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment.  This gives us time to fill the opening and you will avoid a no show charge.

Special note: You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with your new patient packet filled out in full and bring an up-to-date insurance card or your child's appointment will be canceled.
